Do non-residents pay US tax on a Wyoming LLC?

A non-resident owner of a single-member Wyoming LLC with no US-source income pays no US federal income tax, and Wyoming has no state income tax. The LLC still has to file Form 5472 with a pro-forma Form 1120 every year.
