What Services Does WyomingLLC.co Provide?
WyomingLLC.co is a company formation service. We prepare and file Articles of Organization with the Wyoming Secretary of State on your behalf, provide a Wyoming registered agent, and, if you request it, prepare your EIN application for the IRS. We deliver the resulting documents to you.
We are a private service provider. We are not the State of Wyoming, the IRS, or a bank, and we do not control the decisions those organizations make. In particular, we cannot guarantee that a bank or payment provider will approve an account for you.
What Do the Services Cost?
Our formation service is $297. The Wyoming state filing fee of $100 is charged on top and is paid to the State of Wyoming when we file. Ongoing services are billed annually: $100 registered agent + $150 tax filing = $250/year, plus Wyoming's $60 annual report.
Current prices are shown on our pricing page and at checkout. The price you see when you pay is the price that applies to your order. State fees are set by the State of Wyoming and may change.
How Long Do Things Take?
We aim to deliver your filed LLC and its documents within 5 business days of a complete order. EIN applications for non-residents are processed by the IRS and commonly take 4–8 weeks. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information from you, or by the State or the IRS, are outside our control.
What Is the Refund Policy?
- Before we file: you receive a full refund of what you paid.
- After we file: there is no refund. Once your Articles of Organization are submitted to the State of Wyoming, the work is done and the $100 state fee has been paid to the State and cannot be recovered.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank may take several business days to show the credit.
What Must You Do Before Filing a Refund Claim?
Contact us first. Before you file a refund claim, open a payment dispute, or request a chargeback with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, you must give us the chance to resolve it directly:
- Write to us. Message us on WhatsApp or email support@wyomingllc.co with the name and email used on the order, the date of payment, and the reason for your request.
- Allow time to respond. We reply to refund requests within 2 business days and will tell you whether your order has been filed, and what you are owed under the policy above.
- Give us a chance to fix it. If the issue is a mistake, a delay, or something we can correct, we will work with you to put it right before a refund is the only option.
Most problems are solved in a single conversation, and a refund we issue directly reaches you faster than a bank dispute. Opening a dispute without contacting us first may delay your refund, because we cannot act on a case we have not been told about. We reserve the right to submit our order records, including proof of filing and delivery, in response to any dispute.
What Are Your Responsibilities?
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information for every filing.
- Use your LLC only for lawful purposes. We may decline or stop service if we reasonably believe an order involves fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.
- Meet your own legal and tax obligations, including any IRS filings such as Form 5472, and any rules in the country where you live.
- Pay recurring registered agent and annual fees on time to keep your LLC in good standing.
Is This Legal or Tax Advice?
No. We are not lawyers, accountants or tax advisers. The content on this site and our communications are general information only. Consult a qualified professional about your own situation, including tax treatment in your home country.
How Is Our Liability Limited?
We provide our services with reasonable care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, WyomingLLC.co is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or business opportunities, or for decisions made by the State of Wyoming, the IRS, banks or payment providers. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order.
Governing Law and Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order. See also our Privacy Policy.
